the process steps of brush plating combined with brazing are as follows:

1. clean the oil stain

fix the parts on the workbench, wash the oil stain on the parts with metal cleaner, and thoroughly scrape the oil stain and impurities in the strained grooves on the parts with triangular scraper or other methods; Clean the inner surface of the hydraulic cylinder with acetone, and then conduct electrochemical cleaning with electric cleaning solution. The voltage is 12 ~ 15V, and the parts are connected to the negative pole. The cleaning time is 60 ~ 90s; After electrochemical cleaning, rinse with clean water

2. activation

No. 2 activation solution is used for electrochemical decontamination in order to remove oxides on the parts. The machine is connected to the positive pole, the voltage is 10 ~ 12V, and the time control is 40 ~ 60s; When the standby parts are black or grayish black, rinse them with clean water, and then use the activation solution for electrochemical cleaning to completely remove the impurities in the parts. The parts are connected to the positive pole with a voltage of 16 ~ 20V and a time of 50 ~ 90s; After the surface of the standby part is silvery white, it shall be rinsed with clean water with the current domestic biological granulator equipment that is emerging in the world

3. brush plating fast nickel

flash plating fast nickel on the treated surface of the machine, the voltage is 18V, the machine is connected to the negative pole, and the plating pen swings quickly; After 3 ~ 5S of flash plating, when the surface of the standby part shows a light yellow coating, reduce the voltage to 12V, and the brush plating speed is 9 ~ 11m/min, and continue to brush plating; When the thickness of fast nickel coating reaches 1 ~ 3 μ M, clean it with clean water

4. brush alkaline copper layer

after the fast nickel layer is plated, brush alkaline copper layer. When plating alkaline copper solution, the voltage is 6 ~ 8V, the machine is connected to the negative pole, and the brush plating speed is 9 ~ 14m/min; The thickness of alkali copper layer shall be increased to 20 ~ 50 μ M later, the piston runs downward and is washed with clean water

5. brazing alloy

use a clean silk cloth to dry the brushed surface of the machine parts. 2. Apply zinc oxide flux to the parts to be repaired, and then use 300 ~ 500W electric soldering iron to weld the brazing alloy to the strained parts in turn until the required size; Then, use a scraper to cut the brazing alloy layer to the desired shape, and then use an oilstone to polish it smooth

6. cleaning

clean the scraped braze layer surface with electric cleaning solution, and remove oil and impurities; Remove the oxide on the surface with No. 2 activation solution; The time of electrochemical cleaning should be strictly controlled to prevent the alloy surface from blackening; First remove the impurities with No. 3 activation solution, and then carry out rapid hot brush plating of alkali copper on the brazed surface

7. brush plating alkaline copper

aims to enhance the strength of the brazed surface. The brush plating voltage is 6 ~ 8V, the machine is connected to the negative pole, the brush plating speed is 9 ~ 14m/min, and the alkali copper thickness is 30 ~ 50 μ m。 After cleaning with clean water, brush plating fast nickel. The brush plating voltage is 12V. The machine is connected to the negative pole. The brush plating speed is 9m/min. The thickness of brush plating fast nickel is 60 μ m; Wash the parts with clean water and dry them with clean silk cloth before assembly. (end)
